I bought the car from Molle Toyota on June 15, and I was offered with quote of $30,876.79, and I confirmed this prize in email immediately, and I also included this prize in follow-up emails, but when I pic offered with quote of $30,876.79, and I confirmed this prize in email immediately, and I also included this prize in follow-up emails, but when I picked up the car on July 22nd, I was over-charged $200. As this is through Costco-Auto-Program, so I contacted with Costco and the Costco POC agreed with me that is an indecent charge, and thus has contacted with dealer two times, but so far I still didn't hear back, no apology and no refund. By the way, I made exactly same complaint in BBB. More

You already had my money as a payment to secure the order of my vehicle, (which you way too quickly refunded) after you told me to stop writing the check for the car I ordered with a $500 payment in July. Molle Toyota after numerous exchanges planned to charge me $2000 more for the vehicle I ordered than the the sales person, Sam Aubrey, told me via documented texts. ( I can provide all of them and a witness to the managers comments). This company used my money to order another car to have to sell on on their lot for $5000 mores than I was quoted. I hope Costco (I was using their car buying program), Molle Toyota, and others see and understand this was completely unethical and most likely illegal practice. WOW - Amazing service and people. I came in without an appointment and was treated like they had all the time in the world for me. No rush, knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived at Molle when they opened at 8:30, we ended up being there 4 hours! Bought a 2021 Highlander, somehow it got a dent in the door. We were told and given an IOU that they would pay for it. It's been a month now and we still have not received the reimbursement. Also, we had a referral, this has not been sent out to the person who referred us either. I really enjoyed our sales person Randy Stendebach, he was very courteous. Had we received this payment in a timely manner, I would have given them a better rating. More
