Awesome service department I have been a customer at Molle Toyota KC for 10 years now. The service department is reliable, dependable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and the I have been a customer at Molle Toyota KC for 10 years now. The service department is reliable, dependable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they take time to explain everything. Prices have been reasonable and fair for routine maintenance. I always go to the west side service entrance and can't say enough good things about Molle's west side service department. The service man on the west side took me out to the vehicle while it was up on in the air to show and explain everything including their free inspection. I did go to the east side service entrance once and they were good too. My favorite Molle used car salesman retired. Bummer. Hopefully the next salesman that I need to use there will be good. More

Generally the staff are professional and do a good job. My front drivers side turn signal bulb was not working. The bulb was replaced while there for service but when I got home to check the turn signal it My front drivers side turn signal bulb was not working. The bulb was replaced while there for service but when I got home to check the turn signal it still does not work so not sure if the technician did the work or replaced the bulb without checking if that fixed the problem.
