I feel so taken care of! We have been to Molle to have our car serviced tons of times. My kids love going to the kid area to wait and I love having them contained while we wai We have been to Molle to have our car serviced tons of times. My kids love going to the kid area to wait and I love having them contained while we wait :). Yesterday our service advisor was Jason Murray. I don't think we have ever had him before and I don't see his name on the list, but I have never felt so well taken care of. I had my 3 kids with me and he immediately was friendly and welcoming to asking them questions and listening to their little kid questions and comments. He cut straight to the point with me about what service I needed so I could quickly usher my kids into the waiting area instead of having us out in the service garage. When my vehicle was ready, he took my credit card from the waiting area and took it out to the garage to run it so I wouldn't have to bring my kids to the desk. Then, he backed my van into the service garage saying I shouldn't have to bring my kids out to the parking lot to find my car. This is certainly not the kind of service I expect or normally receive, but Jason went above and beyond for us and I really really appreciated it. More

The inspection didn’t go well Brought it in cause the hood itch not working . I Asked for an inspection and simple stuff was not checked .
