Great experience, exceeded expectations In addition to the 5k maint, the service coordinator (Tim Sutherland) applied touch up paint for me after I told him about a small chip. I asked him to get me some paint so I could do the touch up work at home, but without me asking....he applied a great first coat to the chip with tips for me to do the additional coats. Well done! I needed something a little bigger...Consumer Reports gives the Highlander high marks, so I bought one. Is it a nice car? Yes. Did Molle give me a good deal? Yes. Do they have good service. Yes. But at O’Neal Honda, they called me by name, the service experience was pleasant, I felt valued, part of the “Honda family”. Did I feel this way at Molle Toyota service? No. One guy said to me he’s too busy to help me, one of the other guys will help me. I was just picking up my car. No hello, no eye contact, then the man that helped me check in brought me my paperwork and gave me my key. Didn’t go over my car service results with me like ONeal would, just here you go, cars out front. IDK, I’m just not used to that I guess. More
