10 k checkup Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by a young woman Service Advisor who had all the answers we asked in a very pleasant and authoritative manner. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by a young woman Service Advisor who had all the answers we asked in a very pleasant and authoritative manner. The work was done in approximately 40 minutes. The woman asked us if we had any other questions about the car and she answered them in just a minute or two and we were on our way. missed inspections Jason was very courteous and helpful, however, in reviewing the service record of all items, I noticed the cabin filter and engine filter were marked Jason was very courteous and helpful, however, in reviewing the service record of all items, I noticed the cabin filter and engine filter were marked as needed replacement soon. This was disturbing to me as I personally had changed them myself about a week before, which leads me to the conclusion what else really needed attention and was not checked. I am disappointed that these two items were apparently not checked at the time of service. More

I usually have a perfect experience but a couple of things this time around to mention. No one called to say a review of the car and that the work was done. I called after 3:09 to check in. Mentioned it wa amusing and needed to be replaced when I got there and had to have the car drive. Back into the bay and wait longer to have one out on then pay again. I realized when I was almost home they didn’t re-set the dash so now I have to come back in for that. Wishing I would have had My normal guy. He’s not pictured below and he’s the best. More
