The sales manager was rude and uncaring. We made an appointment for a car we were going to buy emailed and talked to the salesman. My husband was on the way over and the car was sold. Unfortunately we do not have any Rav4 a new RAV4: “I want to thank you for your interest in the 2022 Toyota RAV4 and for shopping at Molle Toyota. Unfortunately we do not have any Rav4 models available. They have either been sold or have been reserved by customers with deposits. Please let us know if you have any questions.” It appears ordering a vehicle is not an option, according to Brad. After 12 years purchasing vehicles from Molle, I went elsewhere. More
I inquired about a 12v battery for my Prius. I was told there were none in stock and had been on back order for months. I asked about a suitable replacement and was told “Toyota only recommend I was told there were none in stock and had been on back order for months. When I asked what a customer was supposed to do, he said “do your own research.” He warned customers have purchased their own batteries only to have them replaced by Toyota because they were having issues. In other words, park the Prius until a Toyota battery is available in weeks or months. Shame on Molle and Toyota. More
I just bought a 2021 Venza and was very disappointed in the sales staff’s knowledge of the vehicle’s technology. For example the salesman and the sales manager did not know how to turn off the radio- In f the sales staff’s knowledge of the vehicle’s technology. For example the salesman and the sales manager did not know how to turn off the radio- In fact they said it couldn’t be done and you’d had to just turn the volume down. You got to be kidding me one Google and I knew a button to press. Since they’re not selling very much and most of the salesman are sitting around I think they should at least maybe learn how to work the technology of the vehicles they sell. I also would’ve financed it with Toyota but the salesman didn’t get back to me so I went to my credit union. More
