Once it arrived he made the process simple and walked me through all the functions and features. Bill Herder, in finance, made short work of the paperwork while never being pushy. He also showed me all the optional programs offered by Toyota. All in all it took a couple hours and now I'm in a beautiful new car. Thanks again. More
