Service inquiries '09 Accord - Brakes Lisa Valentino was very patient with my continued inquiries on the brakes for my '09 accord. The brakes for that year accord are a mess. Very Friendly and Nice but Service Performed Has Been Sloppy I dread my service visits at MH because something always seems to go wrong. Everyone is very friendly but the technicians performing the work are slo I dread my service visits at MH because something always seems to go wrong. Everyone is very friendly but the technicians performing the work are sloppy. I was just there to have my taillight replaced. I was called when the job was done and given my keys to be on my way. I was almost out the door when I thought I should check my signal lights. The signal on the light that was replaced was not working. How could the tech release the car back to the customer without checking this? Part of my invoice was a document even indicating this was checked (where it obviously wasn't). I would have been extremely upset if I had left without realizing this, only having to turn around and make another trip back the next day to fix it. My trip prior to this was purchasing 4 brand new tires and spending $800+. The next day one of my new tires was flat. Back to MH I went. They did a soapy wash and found a defective stem valve that was leaking. Why wasn't that done after they put the new tires in the first place to avoid a problem and a dissatisfied customer? I need to take time off work for all these trips and it's not convenient at all. Bottom line, I value service work being done right the first time over being told "sorry about that" in a friendly way. More

Thank You I never write reviews but I want to write this one to Mohawk Honda, to thank them for their honesty on my car repair. I went to two reputable car rep I never write reviews but I want to write this one to Mohawk Honda, to thank them for their honesty on my car repair. I went to two reputable car repair shops they told me I probably needed struts. Having some knowledge of my own I told the one shop to check the sway bar bushings. They said everything was tight, so I decided to put struts on the back of my Element The problem I was having was noise under my Element a clattering noise. I thought it might be the bushings, they told me no. So I trusted them and put the struts on. This didn't get rid of the noise. So I went to Mohawk Honda they said they don't think its the struts and they said that the sway bar bushings were loose. They told me we should start there. They did the front and the back it cost me $120, problem solved, sounds and rides like brand new. Thank you again Mohawk Honda, thanks to Lisa and Doug in Service. Saved me tons of money I should of went to Honda in the 1st place lesson learned More

Towing, Battery Dead and lots of Tears! Car issues are stressful. My car died 20 miles from my house in 5 degree weather. I had a car full of teenage boys and asked a stranger to jump me. Long story short, the car needed to be towed to Mohawk Honda because it was unable to be jumped. This caused me stress...along with tears...out of complete frustration!! My first call was to Nick Bonnarigo general manager. He was calm and so helpful.. He directed me to Lisa Valentino! Lisa handled everything perfectly!! I NEVER expected such outstanding service. It exceeded my expectations x1000! Thank you!!!! I will tell my story to anyone who wants to listen. ?? More
