Mr. Jeremy Ecker would do his best to meet my requirement. First 2 times, when I went to Honda for service, Jeremy Ecker, would walk to my car to take the information. I feel I am a VIP (May 30, 2014 and Jan 7, 2015) Third time Feb 23, 2015, I got Douglas Glass’s support. Good job as well. Forth time, in May, I was to get an estimate; Thanks to Jeremy, he helped to make an appointment with Patti Ferris-Kiskis. Fifth time, on June 6, 2015, Need inspection, Thanks to Jeremy’s service, quick and easy DONE. Sixth time, in August, my tire pressure low light was on, Thanks to Doug’s service. Seventh time, Sep 25. my tire pressure low light was on, my co-worker told me it's possible I got a nail in my tire. Thanks to Jeremy’s kindness and excellent service. My experience in Honda, I would like to say Jeremy and Douglas deserve to get promoted to be a team leader or manager in the service department. Alleged DECEPTIVE practices in Service...Hold onto your wall I wish there was a rating lower than one! Been a Honda Customer since 1986 & first time for service at Mohawk Honda for oil change and a specific mino I wish there was a rating lower than one! Been a Honda Customer since 1986 & first time for service at Mohawk Honda for oil change and a specific minor repair (another out of state Honda dealer had already diagnosed two weeks ago while I was on biz trip) The kid (service rep) who waited on me was clueless. Said he would call with estimate for repair. Never called by mid-day. I called. He said I needed $800 repair! I asked for proof. He said they had no diagnostics. I said then fix what I asked. Major disrespect, threats and headache picking up the car. They were caught trying to sell me a repair I obviously didn't need! DECEPTIVE! The GM Nick Bonarico said he didn't need my business! He doesn't have to worry about that! Run, don't walk, AWAY from Mohawk Honda! Don't say you weren't warned! More

On Monday, Aug. 31, I was driving around tryi I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey that we bought new from Mohawk Honda. It's given us good service for years. On Monday, Aug. 31, I was driving around trying to get some errands done. I'd stopped at a store, and when pulling into a parking space, I heard a big "ker-thunk" and the steering got very, very hard. I freaked. We needed that van to be working! We were taking our kid back to college, with all her stuff, on Tuesday. There would have been some Major Problems if we didn't have a vehicle that could accommodate us as well as her stuff. I called Mohawk Honda, and was told that they were backed up, and couldn't necessarily guarantee that they'd look at the car on Monday. I drove over anyway. Nicole Kearbey was our service advisor. She couldn't fix the car immediately, but she did the next best thing, and arranged for us to rent a 2015 Odyssey. This gave us the space capacity we needed. It was quite a treat to drive a car with only 5000 miles on it, rather than our own, with 181K. She knew we had to take it for a couple of days, and a long ride (around 300 miles, there and back), and had no problem with making this happen for us. Her demeanor was "Of course we can get this done! If not that particular van, we'll find you something." From coming in frantic, I left confident and smiling. (And, by the way, the move=in was smooth as well.) Our own vehicle is now possessed of a new power steering fluid pump and lines to it. Everything seems to be working as it should. This in spite of the fact that the engine compartment had power steering fluid sprayed everywhere. More
Great service, even though we were only passing through town We were traveling through NY with our 2015 Civic that we acquired on July 21st from a dealer in Ohio and had an intermittent problem - the lights not We were traveling through NY with our 2015 Civic that we acquired on July 21st from a dealer in Ohio and had an intermittent problem - the lights not shutting off and inability to lock the doors! We called two other dealerships in the Albany/Schenectady area and they were unable to schedule us in for same-day service. Mohawk Honda agreed to fit us in for service that afternoon! When we arrived at the dealership, Nicole was most helpful in understanding the problem and relating it to the service tech. A dealership in another city had worked on our car the day before to re-install a bolt holding the gear shift in place, but had not realized that a re-calibration was needed, thus causing our new problem. Nicole was such a joy to work with that my wife gave her a hug after the re-calibration had been completed, which only took a few minutes. Our Civic has been running fine since our service call at Mohawk. Thank you so much! More

I was devastated...went to see my sales consultant Lindsey Haraden, she came to the rescue....brought me to Noelle Viscariello's office....and from there got the process started. Noelle is a very professional and caring person. She was wonderful helping me with this process!! My Honda Fit looks absolutely perfect!!!! It went in with a huge dent and scrapes....a decent amount of damage....and came back to me looking like brand new!!!!! Unbelievable Job!!!!!!!! The body shop is amazing, as is the whole dealership! VERY IMPRESSED!!!! More
