Incredible Customer Service I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Andrew G. and all the staff at Mohawk Honda. In March Andy G. went above and beyond for myself and family I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Andrew G. and all the staff at Mohawk Honda. In March Andy G. went above and beyond for myself and family he has set a new standard for customer service. On a rainy morning in March I was stranded in a parking lot trying to fix the safety lock on my car door that my son had been playing with and now was not able to close my door. I had no idea was I was going to do until I saw Andy G. drive by in a Pilot with the Mohawk Honda logo written across the side. I flagged him down and asked him if there was anyway he could give me some assistance. In the rain Andy tried the best he could to fix the door because he was unable to he told me to take his car and he would take mine to the service center for me. I could not believe my ears, he wanted me to take his car? Who does that? Andy did!! He told me to think nothing of it and asked me what time I should meet him back here with to switch cars. Andy was so accommodating it was unbelievable. I got in Andy's car and headed to work. He had found a way to rig my car door shut for the 15 miles in the rain he had to drive it to the service center. I have owned several Hondas over the last decade and have never experienced such a high level of customer service. Not only were they great to work with from start to finish on the sale/trade in on my car but the service and follow up after is top notch. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda. THANK YOU AGAIN! GREAT Dealership Support w/Recalled CRV My 2011 Honda CRV was recalled last week (Takata airbag issue). I emailed Jeff Haraden requesting a free loaner vehicle and he responded within two My 2011 Honda CRV was recalled last week (Takata airbag issue). I emailed Jeff Haraden requesting a free loaner vehicle and he responded within two hours (at 10 PM), telling me to contact Stacey Cantoni the next morning for the loaner. I did so, and a 2015 CRV was ready for pickup within two hours. Within 10 minutes of my arrival at the dealership, Brian Peters had the vehicle for me to take. I was pleased with MOHAWK HONDA when I purchased my new vehicle years ago. Now, I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SUPPORT PROVIDED BY MOHAWK HONDA during this major recall issue. While I had no other choice than to click "service" as the reason for this visit, service won't be provided until the parts are available in Summer or Fall of 2016. This review is actually a reflection on the FANTASTIC OVERALL "SUPPORT" provided by MOHAWK HONDA. I'd assign TEN STARS if I could. More
early lease buyout We took a low mileage 2014 Civic in for NYS inspection and were offered a lease buyout a year early. Walked out at days end with a 2016 Civic Touring, totally unexpected. Consultant Taz Ahmed was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with . This is second Honda from Mohawk-a year ago they did an early buyout and we got a 2015 CR-V Touring. We had purchased or leased 5 Hondas from another dealership before going to Mohawk and would not go back after our Mohawk experiences. More
