This dealership is by far the most honest and fair place I have been to. I have been to Honda Dealerships in Massachusetts, California and a few here in NY until finally settling on this one. I have never had a bad experience. I call Nick F. when I need my car serviced and he is always so professional and gets right back to me. He will let me know when there is a coupon available and he's also alerted me to things like my inspection sticker expiring, etc. A car dealership with Integrity is hard to come by these days! More

My CRV is the 3rd car I bought from Mohawk Honda (and my 6th Honda all told.) I brought my car in today to have it checked because my daughter and I are taking a 3,000 road trip in 2 days. Service Advisor Nicole Kearbey saw me from a distance, recognized me & approached me with a smile. Nicole is truly an asset to Mohawk Honda -- she is professional, super-friendly, shows genuine care and concern for her customers and really knows her job!! On the one hand, I wasn't thrilled to learn that my suspension was shot (2006 CRV) and I needed rear brakes, but I am eternally grateful that both Nicole and the technician(s) who fixed my car were very thorough, ensuring us a safe vehicle and a safe trip. Nicole went the extra mile to put warranty work through for me, and even offered to get lunch for me if I so desired. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Mohawk Honda and particularly, Nicole Kearbey. She is an incredible asset to the organization. When they say "we go out of our way to please you," they mean it. And they do! More

Still in SHOCK We owned a 2010 Insight and our car was recalled for the Air bags.When WE took our Insight in for the recall , Kelly knew My Wife was just diagnosed w We owned a 2010 Insight and our car was recalled for the Air bags.When WE took our Insight in for the recall , Kelly knew My Wife was just diagnosed with Brain Cancer and gave us a New loaner to use till our Insight was fixed.Kelly called us and told us that our car was ready,so We went in . We really Loved the CRV and inquired how we could purchase this vehicle. Kelly sent us to Jen DeCiero a great person to help us possibly purchase or lease a CRV. Next thing We know Mike Speranzo and Mr. Nick Bonarrigo and Jen were whipping up a lease program on a Brand New CRV. We are still in Shock that We are in our First new vehicle. We will never be able to Thank the Staff at Mohawk Honda enough!!!!! More

Incredible Customer Service I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Andrew G. and all the staff at Mohawk Honda. In March Andy G. went above and beyond for myself and family I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Andrew G. and all the staff at Mohawk Honda. In March Andy G. went above and beyond for myself and family he has set a new standard for customer service. On a rainy morning in March I was stranded in a parking lot trying to fix the safety lock on my car door that my son had been playing with and now was not able to close my door. I had no idea was I was going to do until I saw Andy G. drive by in a Pilot with the Mohawk Honda logo written across the side. I flagged him down and asked him if there was anyway he could give me some assistance. In the rain Andy tried the best he could to fix the door because he was unable to he told me to take his car and he would take mine to the service center for me. I could not believe my ears, he wanted me to take his car? Who does that? Andy did!! He told me to think nothing of it and asked me what time I should meet him back here with to switch cars. Andy was so accommodating it was unbelievable. I got in Andy's car and headed to work. He had found a way to rig my car door shut for the 15 miles in the rain he had to drive it to the service center. I have owned several Hondas over the last decade and have never experienced such a high level of customer service. Not only were they great to work with from start to finish on the sale/trade in on my car but the service and follow up after is top notch. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda. THANK YOU AGAIN!
