VERY preventative service which is what I really appreciate about MoHonda, especially LISA, the service manager, who has that department running likely 'a finely tuned machine'!!My choice for all maintenance and repair work since I got the car in 2005. More

It was just as smooth as my experience in buying the car. In greeting me, Bridgette was courteous and friendly and within just a few minutes, my car was rolling in for its initial service. The customer waiting area is large and open and provides one with newspapers to read, TV to watch and WiFi internet connectivity. When my car was ready, Bridgette carefully explained the basic service performed and the complementary multi-point inspection that Mohawk Honda routinely does for customers. It was a very satisfying experience and I left with the same smile I had on my face when I drove in. Mohawk Honda is a top-shelf dealership with top notch personnel like Bridgette who did a nice job of navigating my initial service visit. More

I have taken my car there several times and I have never felt like they are selling me parts or services I don't need. Only a few times have I had a "surprise" where an additional repair or service was needed, but both of those were reasonable given the age of my car, the mileage (serpentine belt) and the last time the service was performed (brake fluid). They have a large comfortable waiting area so it's not a problem to wait on the car during service. More
FANTASTIC! I went into Mohawk Honda to get an oil change on my Odyssey and test drive a Fit. I walked out with a deal on a 2016 Fit. Whitney was fabulous. Everything went fine (except for damaged brakes which were as received from original purchase from Saratoga Honda). Even received 1/2 price NYS inspection. I have used this dealer since my disappointing experience with Saratoga Honda. I guess when you buy two accords you should not expected a delivery issue to be addressed. Terrible Totally clueless to what he is doing. Wasnt nice to work with. Called numerous times to follow up on my vehicle, left voice mails and never got a resp Totally clueless to what he is doing. When I went to pick up vehicle, he was too busy having a conversation with all the women in the back room that he didnt even care to talk with me. He walked down and threw my uncomplete paperwork to the young girl working on the end who was beyond busy trying to finish her work up. I felt horrible for her. She was overwhelmed as is and he did nothing as a MANAGER to help. I was EXTREMELY unhappy with my service visit, and the issue didnt even get fixed. Will no longer be servicing my vehicle there. More
