Great service and great kindness with taking care of me. I went to Mohawk Honda with plans to have brakes checked and get oil change. It ended up being ALOT more, sadly. My service consultant Nicole Kearbe I went to Mohawk Honda with plans to have brakes checked and get oil change. It ended up being ALOT more, sadly. My service consultant Nicole Kearbey was quick to take care of me and once they examined by car (a 2006 Honda)they found their was more to the repair. When she came to tell me about it she looked sad, as she put it "she hates having these conversations". She explained the problems with my vehicle and the cost for repairs. I was surprised as I thought the vehicle was ok. She explained that I could wait on some of the repairs and only do the critical, if that is what was best for me. I opted to do all the repairs to avoid any possible issues down the road (as it were). Nicole took care of me with a smile in her voice and a small on her face (once I got through the initial shock). I was impressed by how much she honestly cares about her clients and how important it is to her to take care of them properly. Thank you!! More

From the moment I brought my 2016 Honda Civic LX in to be diagnosed An enormous Thank You to Nicole Kearbey and the rest of the team at Mohawk Honda. From the moment I brought my 2016 Honda Civic LX in to be diagnosed for a steering issue, I felt they had my back. Nicole immediately set me up with a loaner vehicle as she was concerned for me and my family's safety first. They then spent many hours working with Honda techs diagnosing the problem. Once the issue was determined, they worked diligently on my behalf to make sure that it would be 100% covered by Honda (as my vehicle was 4,000 miles over warranty at that point but I had been having this problem for some time). Yesterday I picked up my Civic after the work had been performed... and it seriously drives like a dream. Thank You Mohawk Honda... you have certainly earned a lifelong customer!!! More
