John Higgins did an outstanding job of service The engine light went on 1 hour before my car was scheduled for inspection. He even stayed late to make sure we were charged correctly and satisfied when we picked up the car. He also gave us a small discount towards the bill. Collision Dept./Service Manager I had totaled my car due to Mavis replacing only pads and not needed Rotors. When I had my car towed I had no money for a rental, my car was totaled, I injured my neck and back, and I still owed money on my 4 year old HOnda accord Coupe . I was crying and devastated. Then I meet Gerry, God what a wonderful man he is. He gave me the rental for free for a few days til I could come to grips with the issue. He took pictures of the rotors for me and wrote a letter of the damage to brakes. He made a horrible situation so much better. After I purchased a new car from Mohawk HOnda it took over a month to Find a spoiler for my car. Travis Horne worked daily to locate a spoiler to make me happy. He met with me twice and even went out of his way to impress me after the service department installed my spoiler with a gap. He and Gerry worked together to fix the problem. Gerry had given me confidence in Honda's ability. He once again stepped up to the plate and personally met with Travis on my behalf and fixed the spoiler. I work in retail and have dealt with a lot of unsatisfactory issues and people and Mohawk HOnda should appreciate these two men when others passed the buck they took control. Because of Gerry I bought a new car from them because of Travis I will buy again in the future! Gerry and Travis gave me a honest , and professional insight and followed up with me. Gerry Rosenbarker you are one of a kind and any company that is lucky enough to have you work for them will only be number one because of the service you offer. Love this man he is the Greatest, thank you so much for making such a horrible situation turn out so wonderful. Can't praise you enough! And Travis you have great patience and your brain storming helped make my spoiler possible since the HOnda accord coupes are limited in this department. More

Amazing Customer Service I have Mohawk advantage so I automatically get all of my service done at Mohawk Honda. Unfortunately the trip is a little long for me. However, my experience with the service professionals is worth every mile! Doug helped me the last time I was at Mohawk Honda and not only was he so professional and personable, he was extremely helpful. I was there for a routine service but he also offered to have my registration put on ... which by the way was in my glove box for the past 6 months. This was something my dad always did for me so to have him offer was really kind and helpful. Though I drive 35-40 minutes for service and have 3 other Honda dealers closer to home, I will continue to go to Mohawk Honda because employees like Doug are enough reason to make the trip! More

It was a small thing, but s Last week I stopped in at Mohawk Honda to get a minor part replaced. The lever to open the fuel tank tank door was broken. It was a small thing, but since I had purchased a preowned Hyundai Accent a couple of days earlier, I didn't want to have something that was broken so soon after the purchase. The salesman Matt Pohl brought me to see John Higgins. John assessed the situation and immediately ordered the necessary replacement part. Today he replaced the broken part in far less time than was initially estimated. Through the entire process, John was professional, knowledgeable, and treated me like a friend. I can't imagine better service. More
