Very professional New to the area so I decided to go to Mohawk Honda even though I have a Toyota product because of their reputation. I asked for certain work to be per New to the area so I decided to go to Mohawk Honda even though I have a Toyota product because of their reputation. I asked for certain work to be performed and was assured that I'd be updated with any issues. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. However, when I was notified later in the day, I was told that overall the vehicle was in good shape and my vehicle would be finished by days end. I was suprised to learn that there were some concerns with the vehicle that could have been addressed while I left the vehicle there. I only realized this after going over the bill when I arrived home. If I had known that further work was needed I would have left it there. I was very impressed with the work that was done and look forward to dealing with Mohawk Honda in the future. More

fixing another brand trailer hitch wiring I recently had a trailer hitch and harness put on my CRV from an off market company. I didn't notice for a few days that one of my tail lights was ou I recently had a trailer hitch and harness put on my CRV from an off market company. I didn't notice for a few days that one of my tail lights was out. I brought the car back to the place and asked them about it. They said it was not their end that caused this. I decided to bring the CRV to Mohawk to see if they could figure the problem out. Adam Dion helped fit me in and get to the root of the problem quickly. He, along with the tech, showed me the exact problem and how it was indeed the other company's wiring that was causing the problem. He documented it in detail for me and told me to call if they had any questions. I did bring it back to the other company and they put new wiring and refunded me some of the money I was out due to Adam;s awesome documentation. If he and the tech had not pointed the problem out and how it was affecting my tail light I don't even think the other company would have known what to do. The problem was fixed and proper wiring was installed. The only problem now was that they didn't know how to close up the side wall panels the correct way!! So once again I called Adam! He told me to just shoot in and they would take care of that for me. This was a nightmare for me and Mohawk Honda made me feel like I had someone in my corner thanks to Adam. I am the first to complain about a bad job but I am also the first to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Adam for the extra effort on your end. More

The service visit on this vehicle would have been more favorable if it could have been done in a more timely manner. I had an appointment ahead of time, which led me to believe the service would have been completed sooner than one hour and 35 minutes, especially when it was an inspection and oil change......not heavy duty issues. Great customer service Have moved from the Albany NY area to Maine. Saw a new light on the instrument panel - something like a key and the word "battery" flashing. Called the dealership and spoke with Adam in Customer Service (the service section of the dealership). He walked me through how to change out the battery in my fob - a simple fix once he explained it to me. In the past Mike (in Sales) has also helped me over the phone - everything from how to remotely start my car to how the A/C works (little words that I can't read. I want a yellow light that comes on when A/C is on and goes off when the A/C is off. Who's the idiot engineer who designed this, anyway?) And Anita has helped me on many occasions. Kudos to all! Anyway, I'm living with it. Couldn't drive without the help of these great associates. Thanks Adam and Mike B. More

They did the headlight lens polishing and the results were amazing! My car was blind but now it sees! More
