Went in annoyed /Came out Okay Took my 2015 Fit in with 27K miles on it. The 3yr/36K warranty had expired about a month ago and, sure enough, yesterday multiple idiot lights went o Took my 2015 Fit in with 27K miles on it. The 3yr/36K warranty had expired about a month ago and, sure enough, yesterday multiple idiot lights went on. First told that warranty expired and diagnostic would be c. $115. Not happy. Asked to waive via in house mgmnt or regional rep. Jennifer Estrada and Lindsey (mgr?) were pleasant and promised to advocate on my behalf; recognized my legit beef. Later informed me that diagnostic and coil replacement would be free due to existing alert on this problem in other Fits. Very reasonable outcome. I buy Hondas because they last and I trust them. With only 27 K I would insist on warranty coverage as an essential part of excellent customer service with just a tad more than 3 yrs. Suggest Honda nationwide up their warranty to match competitors. Jen, Lindsey, Casey and Jen DiCiero were all pleasant and respectful and competent. Thank you . More

It was replaced recently but started to again show intermittent problems. I know that intermittent problems are very hard to troubleshoot, so I was very happy to get a quick response that Honda is working on re-engineering of the part and they would notify me when replacement is available. Kudos to Vincent, Mohawk Honda, and to Honda engineers for searching for better solution! More
Inexcusable slow service- do not respect customers time Mohawk Honda does not have service that provides customers with service done in a timely manner. Expect to stay 2 hrs for a regular oil change., this is what I encountered the last time I was there. Today I arrived at 1:30 and left at 4:30. My car was there for a regular oil change and to have 4 tires sealed , I say for 3 hrs in their waiting room. It would gave been longer if I had not gone and complained a few times about how long it was taking. They are close for me and I like going to aHonda Dealer for our Honda’s . But waiting hours for service that should not take that long is unacceptable. I doubt I will be back More
