We had a great experience with Mohawk Honda! We got a great price and received the best customer service! The new dealership on Freemans' Bridge Road is beautiful and has a great play area for our kids w great price and received the best customer service! I purchased a new CRV, picked it up yesterday. ALL the staff with whom I dealt were very patient with me (I can be ... and was ... a pest, until the deal was finalized). I just bought an Odyssey from Mohawk Honda. David (the internet guy) scheduled me to speak with Jim Lynch. David did a great job of getting me a price and following up with me. In general conversation I said my family had dealt with Scott in the past and Jim insisted I talk with Scott. It was very nice to see them work together and for Jim to do what he thought was best even though it probably cost him money. The way Jim handled it just gave me a good feeling. Scott gave me a good price on my trade-in and I bought the car. It took about an hour to get everything done. That included speaking with the sales staff, looking at the car, getting my trade-in evaluated and working with the finance manager. It could not have gone better. It was totally low pressure and lacked the theatrics that I have experienced at a some other dealers. More
