Easiest Buying Experience- EVER! Today, I bought my third Honda Pilot and the experience was yet again wonderful. This is the 2nd Pilot that I have bought from Mohawk and my husband i Today, I bought my third Honda Pilot and the experience was yet again wonderful. This is the 2nd Pilot that I have bought from Mohawk and my husband is on his second CRV from Mohawk. I obviously love the Pilot, as I keep buying them, howevere Mohawk's customer service and friendliness is awesome. I had my VERY active 4 year old with me today, not the ideal situation for picking out and purchasing a vehicle, however sometimes there is not another option. My salesman was Ryan Rocheleau and he made me very comfortable and was very accomodating to my son. I was not comfortable signing papers while my son was in the playroom without me, so Ryan had him bring a bunch of the toys out to his desk and let my son play Super Heros on his desk while we went over the papers. Ryan was very patient and made me feel very comfortable and even helped include my son in picking out the color of our new Pilot. Overall it was a great experince and Mohawk Honda has proved yet again to not only be a great dealership but is also a great family-friendly dealership. We will continue to buy our vehicles from Mohawk and recommend them to our friends and family. More

A few minor problems arose, but were dealt with immediately when brought to Lindsey's attention. Lindsey even went above and beyond to retrieve some missing items from the original owners, along with always ensuring we had a positive experience.
