Listened to what vehicles I said I was interested in and was pretty knowledgable of those vehicles. Negotiations went ok, they barely adjusted their price and made me feel ridiculous. The finance manager I was assigned to was annoyed that i was not financing with them or bringing in a trade and showed me that he was annoyed. I handed him everything he needed to finalize the transaction and he didn't start it until the next day. I was very annoyed because the process was pretty simple since they just had to do paperwork. When it came time to picking up the vehicle, I was told to come in at a certain time but the sales person and the finance manager were no where to be found. Finally 45 minutes later the sales person shows up and thought I just got there. Then finally the finance manager shows up with the paperwork all folded in weird ways and the folder was completely unorganized. I was not even brought to his office, we stood in the lobby. Who does that?! He just kept throwing papers down to sign barely explaining anything and ignoring the questions i had about them. Finally everything is signed and he scoops up his papers and says bye without even taking my down payment. Again, who does that?! I informed him about my money and he laughed and whoops. Took the check and left. Thank goodness I dont need to go back to the dealership but completely unprofessional. It started out good but definitely confirmed I will not be going back More

He took the time to explain every feature and was genuinely enthusiastic about finding a car that fit my needs. I was so excited when he found me the perfect car that not only fits in my budget, but is by far the best car I’ve ever had. I feel safe driving it and it’s a lot of fun too. Everyone in the dealership had the perfect combination of professionalism and making me feel comfortable at the same time. After having a few not so great experiences, it made me appreciate them so much more. I feel so lucky that it worked out the way it did and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone looking for an awesome/safe car with amazing customer service! More

My trade-in did not bring as much as I liked, but that was softened by putting on new tires and brakes all around, so I was happy.
