Overall great experience working with Tyler. I wasn’t sure I was ready to buy, but drove away with a new CRV that day. Shout out to Amir as well. The service advisor was great, but I have issues with 1) the time it took to do an oil change and inspection (over 1 1/2 hours) 2) Whoever drove my passport switched radio station and turned the volume way the time it took to do an oil change and inspection (over 1 1/2 hours) 2) Whoever drove my passport switched radio station and turned the volume way up. 3) whoever serviced the vehicle did not return the dash display back to my setting. Not being familiar with the display it took me awhile to get it back to my settting. More

I had an excellent experience with Mohawk Honda of the purchase of my new car. Mike Bennice was very patient and listened to what I was looking for and price range. He made me feel comfortable and confide purchase of my new car. Mike Bennice was very patient and listened to what I was looking for and price range. He made me feel comfortable and confident with the process of getting my car appraised and then looking at HRV's. From test driving to going through monthly price comparisons, he went above and beyond for me. Jake Doyle was clear and thorough when explaining the final purchase and financing of my car. It was very nice to hear the additions I could purchase and we talked through what made sense. He too was very patient and detailed with a new car buyer. Lastly, Brianna McKenna walked me though all the features my car has to offer. From the heated seats, to how to use the windshield wipers, I left feeling confident operating my car. She was friendly, extremely personable and, again, thorough. No question was too silly to ask her. The staff at Mohawk Honda is the best! More
