He took his time, he did not pressure me and he was willing to work with me on the purchase of my car. Dan gave me time to look over the vehicle by myself and he also took the time to help me set up the bluetooth in my car, which was a first for me. I am so appreciative of the ways customers are treated at Modern. Daniel Derrick assisted me with the financial forms and it was also a pleasant and no pressure experience. 2007 Tundra Crewmax I enjoyed working with Kevin at Modern Totyota. He and Daniel responded to my web request on the vehicle before 10am the next morning. I test drove it I enjoyed working with Kevin at Modern Totyota. He and Daniel responded to my web request on the vehicle before 10am the next morning. I test drove it an hour later, but didn't decide to buy it until the next week. The vehicle was covered under a new warranty program that includes lifetime NC inspections. Dangerous! Now annually I'm on their lot getting an inspection in May with lot's of new Tundra Trucks. I suspect that's part of their plan. No matter. Gotta work on my will power. More

I went to Modern with the concept that I would be leaving with my same vehicle I drove in with or they would try to put me in something I didn't like/ I went to Modern with the concept that I would be leaving with my same vehicle I drove in with or they would try to put me in something I didn't like/want due to my credit issues, the year of my car, and with no money to put down, but with the grace of God & Mason I was able to get a Mazda CX-7. Mason worked his butt off to get me in my new vehicle. I was not there all day and everyone was so nice. The service there was excellent and I'm recommending to ALL of my friends! More
