In purchasing our Avalon, Jesse from the internet department "got the ball rolling," and Niven "closed the sale." Niven spent a lot of time helping us, and he wasn't going to be happy unless we were happy. The "door is open" for us to come back to him with any questions or concerns; and even though the sale and commission is completed, I know he would give us the same attention we would receive if we were in to purchase a new car. More

I originally came in looking at the Toyota camery, after meeting with Niven Bayer and telling him the amount of miles I will be driving to and from wo I originally came in looking at the Toyota camery, after meeting with Niven Bayer and telling him the amount of miles I will be driving to and from work (I am a account manager for Coca-Cola so I'm always on the road) he suggested the prius hybrid, I wasn't originally interested in the prius but after he let me take it for a test drive, explained the savings in gas per mile and showed me the features, I was impressed, I then went home and two days later I came back to your dealership just because of the amazing service I got from Niven, and today I love my prius and he helped me pick the right level prius. overall i am very satisfied with the service I got, intact my brother is looking to get a new toyota after he graduates and he will be coming here and seeing Niven. More

It started in internet sales with Ashley, who gathered the information and what i was looking for. She kept my constantly updated, and prepared me for when i went into the dealership. When i arrived Marcy showed me the Venza and allowed me to take it to where my wife was working for her to see. When i returned she and Yates went over the details of financing and other features of the car and benefits of the dealership. Through the process I always felt as everything was my decision and never felt pushed or pressured. This is my first Toyota vehicle, and by the experience I had at Modern.
