He was not pushy at all which made me want to come back to the dealership and look some more and test drive again. It is because of the sales rep's willingness to help and the level of respect I received from the sales rep I had a compelling desire to do the business with Modern Toyota. Very honestly speaking, Eddie's behavior made Modern Toyota my top choice for buying a car and I am sure my next car would also be from Modern Toyota. I dealt with two different sales reps at one of the dealerships and both of them questioned my choice and wished that I had made up my mind before I visited the dealership. One of their sales reps told me that I was wasting the time by driving a car that I was not sure I would buy. He told me that usually people know which vehicle they want before they go to the dealership and I should narrow down my choice before deciding to test drive. Both Andrew and Myrna were very very professional and supportive of what I was trying to accomplish. When I arrived at the dealership last Thursday Andrew already had the items I had requested be installed actually installed. As he went over ALL the features of this vehicle, I could tell he was well versed in all the attributes of this vehicle. I found the same experience when I went to financing.
