On Tuesday, July 9, 2024 we. were traveling to the outer banks for family vacation. We had a flat tire on the road. Fortunately two state troopers helped us and escorted us to your dealership. Rene was the first person to help us and got our Rav4 right in. Everyone at the dealership were so kind and helpful. The tire was not able to be repaired and lucky for us you had the replacement tire we needed. And even better, we told you we had purchased our tires at Toyota of Bristol, where we live and you contacted them and found our tires were under warranty. We were taken to the waiting area and Ginger was so kind offering us drinks, cookies and even an offer of lunch! We so appreciate the staff and their care and support. Soon we were on our way again.
