He took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions (of which I had many). I never felt rushed and appreciated his attention to detail. Also, I really appreciated all of the time he took to explain the various features of the car which was very beneficial to me as I consider myself (technically challenged). Gopal took the extra steps to make this a very pleasant and stress free experience. I would definitely recommend Modern Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a car.
