Trading in a car and leasing a new one I feel I received prompt, courteous and fair service from Chad and Yates during my visit to trade in a 2005 Volvo and lease a new Camry on 3/16/15. Th I feel I received prompt, courteous and fair service from Chad and Yates during my visit to trade in a 2005 Volvo and lease a new Camry on 3/16/15. The paperwork went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for nicer treatment. It took a little longer than expected to change the tags and clean my new Camry, but the wait was worth it! Great overall experience and believe me, I have purchased or leased many cars over 40+ years of driving. More

Horrible Customer Service Today I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a quote on replacing my rear drum brakes. I was routed from showroom sales to parts to service ba Today I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a quote on replacing my rear drum brakes. I was routed from showroom sales to parts to service back to showroom and then back to service. When I told service I would NOT allow them to re-route my call again, the woman responded $250 (without asking me year, make, model of car). When I asked if that price included turning the drums - she said "Oh, you have drums - not rotors?" I then told her that I had a 2006 Scio XB - but she was not familiar with it. I was put on hold for a 6th time, when she finally came back and said that she spoke to Tommy (the manager) and he was not sure either but thought it should be about $250. When I then asked what the price was if they had to replace the rotor, she had no idea and said she would have to call parts (7th transfer). I asked for her name as I wanted to complain about the poor customer service - but she refused. Note - when I spoke with the showroom (twice) they blamed the mix up on high volume of calls, short staffing, and lack of training as to which department di what. As we were speaking a live chat popped up on my computer...so I related this story and was told a manager would call me back within 15 minutes. Not surprisingly, I have not heard a work. To be honest, it doesn't make a difference as Modern Toyota is so inefficient and unfriendly that it is obvious that customer service is the lowest priority. Who would want to take their car there for repairs? And, I certainly would not buy one from them either...I've had four Toyotas (all bought while I lived in Raleigh for 20 years) and never had a problem. Modern Toyota is a horror story. Now I know why everyone at WFU talks negatively about them. More

Dan was very helpful and informative about the cars we were interested in and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers! After signing all of the papers it was way past closing time and Dan stayed to show me all the cool features of the car. Not only am I extremely happy about the car but I can not say enough about the amazing customer service I received. I worked with Michael and he went above and beyond. The first thing I loved so much about the Toyota team was how I never felt pressure to buy a car. They really just wanted me to be happy and wanted me to love what I was purchasing. Michael was honest with me when I asked for reviews about other cars, and also always took the time to explain information. After signing papers, Michael stayed until 7:30 that night to help show me cool things about my car. It meant so much to me because the dealership closed at 5:30. Overall, I am so grateful for such an amazing car buying experience. My mom is now ready to go purchase a car for herself and there is no doubt that Michael will be the first person she will call. More
