He took the time to explain and demonstrate the features of this vehicle and I felt that he had genuine interest in me as a customer. He is an asset to Modern Toyota, in my opinion. The only negative was the fact that I could not use the 60-month no interest offer from Toyota on the advertised price of this vehicle. It seems to me that it is irrelevant how I plan to pay for the vehicle (cash purchase, home equity, Toyota payment plan) and an upcharge should not have been applied to the purchase price for the Toyota no-interest offer. But this is a management/corporate decision. In the end, this fine print (the website posting for the car said nothing about a cash-only price) did not prevent my purchase, although I came close to walking away. More
