Wes Wheeler possessed a superb knowledge on not only individual vehicles, but on each trim level for each vehicles. He was very helpful in our decision to buy a 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE, though we looked at the Highlander and 4Runner as well. He showed a "service with a smile" mentality, and never got frustrated despite our laundry list of questions and desire to drive and see multiple vehicles. Despite the tremendous amount of research that we did prior to viewing the vehicles, he knew answers to every question that we had! There internet specialist, Diyani, was also very helpful answering questions prior to our arrival and made our appointment with ease despite our busy schedule. On the finance side, Yates Moon did a wonderful job explaining all of our options for financing the vehicle. He provided a personal side to the different warranty options and the benefits and limitations of each. In addition to being thorough, he was also exceedingly efficient.
