Amazing, Simple, Enjoyable! After looking at several dealerships, and online chatting with Corinna Conaway, we decided to ride and look at your inventory. The 4 runner we looked at online, was sitting out front waiting for us to "inspect". Narvin Bayer met with us and explained the 4 Runner and purchasing vs. leasing. Honestly, we had just casually discussed trading, but after speaking with Corinna and Narvin, we were convinced now was the perfect time, and this particular 4 Runner was perfect for our lifestyle. We have already told friends this was the best car buying experience we have ever encountered, and we will absolutely visit Modern Toyota again, even being 45 miles away, Modern was definitely worth the drive! Unetical sales team There was a mistake made on the Out of Door Price for the amount $540. We had agreed to price for the car was $26285 which they had agreed to and con There was a mistake made on the Out of Door Price for the amount $540. We had agreed to price for the car was $26285 which they had agreed to and confirmed, when I signed the final sale papers I missed the final number which was $26825 , so the #2 and #8 was reversed, I did not notice the problem until I got home and noticed the problem, I went back next day to the dealership and they refused to deal with the problem, very unethical sales team including the sales manger. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Had the car we wanted on the lot, make, model, exterior color and interior color. Service people Allison, Chad (Buster) and Brad provided excellent service, made us feel part of the Toyota family. We felt the freedom to ask questions at anytime and always felt important. One of the greatest services provided by Chad was to drive our new car out to our house the next day after purchase and set up no hands phone, voice activation other apps that are on the car. That was a great relief. Great price according to Consumers Report Web site pricing. Also have the extended warranty which I wanted. It covers just about everything on the car for 6yrs/100,000 miles. Worry free driving from now on. VERY BIG THANKS TO MODERN TOYOTA. More
