We felt the freedom to ask questions at anytime and always felt important. One of the greatest services provided by Chad was to drive our new car out to our house the next day after purchase and set up no hands phone, voice activation other apps that are on the car. That was a great relief. Great price according to Consumers Report Web site pricing. Also have the extended warranty which I wanted. It covers just about everything on the car for 6yrs/100,000 miles.
