On Tuesday, July 9, 2024 we. were traveling to the outer banks for family vacation. We had a flat tire on the road. Fortunately two state troopers helped us and escorted us to your dealership. Rene was the first person to help us and got our Rav4 right in. Everyone at the dealership were so kind and helpful. The tire was not able to be repaired and lucky for us you had the replacement tire we needed. And even better, we told you we had purchased our tires at Toyota of Bristol, where we live and you contacted them and found our tires were under warranty. We were taken to the waiting area and Ginger was so kind offering us drinks, cookies and even an offer of lunch! We so appreciate the staff and their care and support. Soon we were on our way again. I am always pleased at the courtesy of the technicians and managers every time I visit the service area. Reno Voss has been my service coordinator for as long as I have owned my 2020 RAV4 and he is an am and managers every time I visit the service area. I was will taken care of when I arrived. Service is great. My issue is that I am not a fan of the "new" service appointment system. You cannot see available appointments and the system tells Service is great. My issue is that I am not a fan of the "new" service appointment system. You cannot see available appointments and the system tells you a technician will get back to you in 48 hours. I am assuming this is 2 business days (but not 100%) sure. Not very user friendly. More

Very polite, open, honest, polite and respectful to their customers. Came in for a checkup and unfortunately the systems were down and they deeply apologized and didn’t charge me a penny for trying to check customers.
