Professional and easy going I walked up on a Friday evening because my car had died and the only option other than buying a new engine was to buy a car. The team at Modern Toyota, Gopal Chandarana and Daniel Derrick, made what could have been a very distressing evening a pleasant, calming, informative and fun experience. They were not only courteous throughout the entire evening, they went out of their way to help me understand all of my options, make me comfortable and explain any questions I had. The car I chose did not have the one item I really wanted which was cruise control. But NO problem there! They even arranged for the company to come all the way to my house in Siler City to install it! Talk about service! Gopal followed up on a regular basis to make certain I was happy with my choice and had everything I needed. More

Wonderful! I bought the vehicle here at Modern Toyota but live in High Point and it would easier and quicker for me to go to the dealership in Greensboro but the I bought the vehicle here at Modern Toyota but live in High Point and it would easier and quicker for me to go to the dealership in Greensboro but their customer service is not good at all. I came in and was approached immediately. Winter listened explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all my questions. Explained the appointment process. let me know what to expect at my next major service and was very frank about estimated cost as well. I never felt as if she was talking down to me or being rushed even though they were super busy. When my car was not ready on time she explained what the issue was. Even though I live in High Point and the dealership is in Winston Salem I will be going to get my service at Modern Toyota from now on. I will be buying my 16 year old soon and it will come from this lot as well. Customer service is awesome here and I appreciate that. More
