Wonderful! I bought the vehicle here at Modern Toyota but live in High Point and it would easier and quicker for me to go to the dealership in Greensboro but the I bought the vehicle here at Modern Toyota but live in High Point and it would easier and quicker for me to go to the dealership in Greensboro but their customer service is not good at all. I came in and was approached immediately. Winter listened explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all my questions. Explained the appointment process. let me know what to expect at my next major service and was very frank about estimated cost as well. I never felt as if she was talking down to me or being rushed even though they were super busy. When my car was not ready on time she explained what the issue was. Even though I live in High Point and the dealership is in Winston Salem I will be going to get my service at Modern Toyota from now on. I will be buying my 16 year old soon and it will come from this lot as well. Customer service is awesome here and I appreciate that. More

Salesman/ Donald Donald is an AMAZING SALESMAN!!!!! At first, I did not want the corolla. I thought it was too small and not the IT car. I wanted the new 2017 Camry in Donald is an AMAZING SALESMAN!!!!! At first, I did not want the corolla. I thought it was too small and not the IT car. I wanted the new 2017 Camry instead. But, Donald helped me weigh the pros and cons of between the two cars. He also has shed some light on the carolla. I did not know that it is the number ONE car in the world!!!! That helped out a lot, lol. The car is growing on me. I do enjoy it. I will definitely be recommending friends, family, and strangers to this dealership. Not just the dealership, but with Donald as well. Everyone there was so kind. It was a very pleasureable experience. I will be coming for future cars. More
