Outstanding first impression I bought a used Toyota elsewhere a few months ago, and brought it to Modern for its first service, still covered by the Toyota Care plan. Mr. Rene Lugaro met me when I arrived and checked in my vehicle, then gave me a brief tour of the customer waiting area. Mr. Lugaro was personable, professional and efficient in my dealings with him and I am satisfied with the service given my vehicle. I intend to return to Modern for my next service. More

Best Experience Ever! We have purchased several vehicles over the years and I have to say that this was the best experience ever. I searched several dealerships in the area and felt that Modern Toyota wanted to sell me a vehicle. I researched online and received a email and then a phone call from a very well spoken, knowledgeable young lady by the name Allison Beeding .She was able to answer all my questions. She asked me some very detailed questions on what we were looking for and was able to confirm they had a very wide selection. When we arrived Allison meet us immediately and introduced us to a salesman by the name Pablo. He road us around in the parking lot in a golf cart showing us all the different Highlanders. We choose one we really liked. They estimated our vehicle and had a price very quickly. We asked for more for our vehicle and they gave it to us, no back and forth, back and forth junk. That was it! We signed the paperwork and were completely done in no time. That was the quickest we had ever purchased a vehicle with no hassles. Best Experience Ever! We will go back for future purchases. More
