Enjoyed our experience at Modern Toyota My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new Highlander. We had been to the dealership about a month prior to purchase and spoke with Danie My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new Highlander. We had been to the dealership about a month prior to purchase and spoke with Daniel Perry. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase and he took his time to show us the vehicles on the lot that they had, along with prices for options we had requested and thanked us for coming. About a month later we went back and he and Eric Lawhon found us the car we wanted that was not on the lot, they picked it up and added our options requested and we set up a time to return. The experience in the finance office with Judy Taylor was informative and very friendly. Upon delivery Daniel took his time with us and explained the options in the car and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been Toyota owners since 2002 and this was our first experience with Modern. Everyone we talked with at the dealership was friendly, courteous and seemed to enjoy their job. We will be back and looking forward to their service department keeping our new Highlander well maintained. Thanks again for taking care of us, Exceptional Dealership. More

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and courteous. No high pressure tactics, just down to earth, decent people. I visited few dealers before modern Toyota and experienced usual BS, lots of back and forth, making whole experience annoying and frustrating. At modern Toyota, our Sales Consultant, Gopal Chandarana was very friendly, easy going, and knowledgable. He made whole car buying experience so easy for me. No pressure, lots of back and forth. Transaction was smooth and transparent. If you are going to Modern Toyota, ask for Gopal. This guy knows his stuff. Also Finance Manager Daniel, is a great guy to deal with. Quick and easy! I came in for my 5000 mile service. When I pulled up at the service entrance, I was immediately greeted, the worker got my information and he told me I came in for my 5000 mile service. When I pulled up at the service entrance, I was immediately greeted, the worker got my information and he told me about the complementary car wash, which I took him up on. He showed me where the waiting area was and told me it would be about an hour. And an hour later, he walked in and escorted me out to my car where he went over the mandatory stuff and I was on my way!! More
