Customer service My husband & I went to Nissan Toyota this morning and Ms Mercy Newsom greated us with the most beautiful smile. She immediately said "Good Morning ho My husband & I went to Nissan Toyota this morning and Ms Mercy Newsom greated us with the most beautiful smile. She immediately said "Good Morning how may I help you this morning". After telling her we were there to look at a particular vehicle that we saw on line she took us to her oiffice. Offered us starbucks coffee and preceded to get the info on the vehicle. Mercy was very attentive and had the GREATEST personality! It felt as though we were talking with a friend! Anyway Mercy is the kind of sales person who is not pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable! She took us on a test drive and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. She was very imformative with the information on the vehicle and explained anything that we were uncertain about. Mercy is a definate ASSET to Modern Nissan! We loved to work with this nice lady! I will b recommend her and this dealership to my friends! And we are very happy with our new vehicle. More

Even the website is user friendly, which is where I started out. Vicky, an internet sales rep called me the next day. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. She invited me to come in and test drive and connect me to a sales agent. Once I got there I was instantly greeted and welcomed. Vicky introduce me to Gopal, who was very friendly and made you feel at ease about the process. Gopal was able to answer my MANY questions, he was very patient and competent in his skills. Steve, the General Sales Manager gave me an awesome unbeatable deal on my trade as well as on my new purchase. Toyota is already a household name in terms of quality, however Modern Toyota brings full service with their outstanding customer service and professionalism. More
