From start to finish I have been impressed by the sale of the car and how easy they make it. The salesman was great and so were the staff. Yesterday I took my car in for its six month check up. I was greeting right away in a very profession and friendly manner and shown to the waiting room After about 40 minutes the man who took my car for service came in to tell me my car was ready. Not only was that quick service, but I also got a free car wash. I come to WS from GSO because I was not impressed with Rice Toyota. More

Excellent customer service I went in looking to see if I could trade in my car. Came out with a brand new car thanks to the help of Bobby the sales person and Judy the lady in f I went in looking to see if I could trade in my car. Came out with a brand new car thanks to the help of Bobby the sales person and Judy the lady in finance. They showed me a couple of options but when I set my heart on one they where real and honest on how much they payment where going to be and if I wanted they could go ahead and submit in the paper work. I was never tricked or promised something . They where very honest and I got to leave with the car of my dreams without breaking the bank. More

In and Out-No Hassell I have purchased about 4 cars over the years from dealers. This is by far the most pleasant experience when purchasing a car. In and Out before I knew it It was time for my first of four free services for my 2017 RAV4. I came to the dealership expecting to have them find 'something' I needed to have do It was time for my first of four free services for my 2017 RAV4. I came to the dealership expecting to have them find 'something' I needed to have done that would not be covered. I also expected to be there for and hour. Imagine my surprise when the service advisor walked up to me, handed me my keys and walked me out to where my vehicle was prepared and ready to go - in 20 minutes!!! Thanks Modern!!! More
