Very Good Experience Turned my Camry Hybrid in for the 5.000 miles service and had a tire fixed due to nail damage. Scott B. Deckwith was my service contact and the entire experience was flawless. From the phone call to set-up the service to the greeting and timeliness of the entire service. He even apologized for having to charge me for the tire repair although it is something that is clearly not covered by the service included package. This just underscored my so far excellent experience with this dealership when I leased the car in January. More

He was not pushy nor did I feel rushed to make a decision, like I had felt at another dealership I went to beforehand. When I told him I wanted both the cabin and air filter changed he told me up front that it would cost $55 to change both. That was fine with me but I know it would be an issue with some folks. Just thought it was an excellent practice to let the customer know this up front. More

Love my toyota! On March 31, 2018 my husband and I bought a 2018 Toyota highlander after saying for years that we would never buy a new car! I had stopped by about 2 On March 31, 2018 my husband and I bought a 2018 Toyota highlander after saying for years that we would never buy a new car! I had stopped by about 2 weeks before looking at your used inventory and met your sales associate, Nancy Smith. Nancy was wonderful!!! She took the time to show me all your used inventory, answered all my questions, and she made my 5 year old son feel special and included. I told her that day, up front, that I was just looking and would have to bring my husband back with me before we bought anything. 2 weeks later we were back and Nancy was right out front waiting for us. I can not tell you enough great things about her. She made our first new car buying experience so easy and wonderful. She walked the lot over with us, helping us find just the right car, and again she made our 5 year old feel like he was apart of the process! She even stayed late to finish up our paper work. Thank you modern toyota and Nancy Smith for such a great/easy buying experience!!!! More
