He guided us to the waiting area where we were greeted and made comfortable. A shuttle was provided which allowed us to be on time for appointments. When we were ready to return to the dealership, the shuttle was there within 5 minutes to whisk us back to the dealership. Upon arrival, Greg met us and informed us that our service was complete. It was a completely flawless experience. Excellent is the only way to describe our visit. More

I must say that my sales experience including the time taken after the purchase by the salesman when introducing me to my new car was great. Immediately after my purchase the salesman walked me through the service area and he introduced me to the service manager. I was made to feel welcome and part of a new family. A few weeks after my purchase I decided to add running boards to my vehicle and returned to the dealership to speak to the service manager. He was happy to assist me and walked with me to the parts department, had them give me a quote, set up an appointment time for me within 2 days, met me at my appointment time and completed the job including a car wash in 2 hours. (In my book that is a 10!) I have enjoyed my new car and am thankful to be part of what I know is an outstanding dealership! More

As for service, all I’ve ever needed was normal scheduled maintenance from them. Winter Heno, who I usually see, will make you feel like family.
