This location has kept my loyalty since I purchased my RAV4 from them in 2021. They have always taken good care of me with respect, professionalism, and kindness. Because of that, I bring my car here for RAV4 from them in 2021. They have always taken good care of me with respect, professionalism, and kindness. Because of that, I bring my car here for all the maintenance I can't do myself. I recently came in for a recall and had to wait for a little over 4 hours (I didn't have alternate transportation planned) and my service rep, Allen, made sure I stayed informed throughout the process/wait. I always appreciate their consistency and focus on customer service and satisfaction. It works - I'm a satisfied customer who keeps coming back :) More

Enjoyed our entire process with purchasing our used Tundra. We walked in with hesitation, never knowing what kind of customer service you are going to receive at a dealership. Nick Teixeira met us at the door and was a huge help during the whole process. We saw a used Tundra online and because we are from out of town really wanted to see it that day. It technically wasn’t ready to be seen but Nick and Yates, the used car sales manager made sure we saw it. Nick took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. Once we decided to make the purchase they really went above and beyond. We wanted to purchase a tire upgrade for our vehicle, Nick and Yates made sure it all was taken care of before we picked up our Tundra. Nick was there for any questions we had and made sure we were taken care of. Even after the purchase Nick checked in to make sure we had no more questions. I took my 2024 Rav4 Hybrid in for its 15,000 mile service. I advised the technician that my front driver's side tire pressure was low. I knew it was at 30 and had been for a while. all the others wer service. I advised the technician that my front driver's side tire pressure was low. I knew it was at 30 and had been for a while. all the others were 35+. I asked what the service included. He said top all fluids and rotate tires and that the low tire pressure would be fixed during this process. After they were done, I got in my car and immediately looked at the tire pressure. It showed exactly the same info; tires in same place, same tire still low. I went in and let them know. The mgr and the tech I worked directly with took me outside to my car where 3 other techs were. I showed the mgr the dash info. he said I would need to drive the car around for 5 minutes/2 miles to reset. i did. it reset. it did confirm the rotation, but the tire was still low. in fact it was at the same tire pressure it was when I brought it in. Now, it was just moved to the rear driver's side. I went back. I met the original tech and one of the 3 other techs was with him. I told him what I found. the other tech, who said he was the one who did the work, put air in the tire and it must have gotten a nail in it. IT DID NOT GET A NAIL IN IT. It was obvious that they just rotated and never filled it. He wanted to take my car back in the shop. I declined. I told them I'd let my husband put air in it. My husband put air in it and we drove it around and it never lost pressure. Which I suspected would be the case. I even waited and rechecked the pressure this morning (day after) and the pressure was the same. They just didn't do the work and then lied about it. Dealerships have a limited opportunity to do a good job and keep customers returning. This experience just blew it for them getting any other chances of doing work on my car ever again and.... my husband bought one 3 months after I did, so his isn't going back there either. Rule of thumb... don't lie... you'll get busted. More
