I never heard back from my salesperson on whether they can find the color and interior combo I wanted, I was not in a rush but would have liked to know if the choice I made was not available. In which case it means you only get to buy what combos they have or can trade to get. So you are limited to deals they will only make on cars they can push out ASAP. More

Quick and Friendly Service! David took care of me yesterday. My car was in need of an inspection, and so I decided to take my car to Modern Toyota, and they were super friendly. David took care of me yesterday. My car was in need of an inspection, and so I decided to take my car to Modern Toyota, and they were super friendly. I was there for about 45 minutes, and in that time, they not only inspected my car, but gave it a wash before I left! Very nice, comfortable waiting area, with some complimentary drinks. David was super helpful and friendly. I am definitely going to return. More

Modern Toyota Fails to honor warranty I purchased the vehicle new in 2016. I purchased $4.8k in warranty, maintenance, key replacement, ding repair and gap insurance. As reading the contra I purchased the vehicle new in 2016. I purchased $4.8k in warranty, maintenance, key replacement, ding repair and gap insurance. As reading the contract, it states check items. You have to pay for them to be replaced or changed. It had a list of what it did not cover. I went into there and got a refund from them on the extra UNNECESSARY items. Congrats Modern Toyota, you suckered me. More

Both were there to greet me when I arrived and answer any questions, the vehicle I was interested in was up front and ready to test drive. Judy also was excellent in explaining all the financial and warranty information. Drove my new car home that afternoon. Said goodbye to the Camry, many great memories! We still also own a 2009 Rav 4 and will always rely on Toyota and the good people there. More
