Very accomodating I pulled up to get my tire sensor checked and was very impressed with the entry way. You pull up, the doors open immediately and you pull into an enc I pulled up to get my tire sensor checked and was very impressed with the entry way. You pull up, the doors open immediately and you pull into an enclosed area. After just a few seconds I was greeted and assigned an attendant. My tire sensor kept coming on. The attendant checked the pressure and showed me how to use my own tire gage which I thought was very nice. After determining that I had a nail in my rear passenger side, he showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area had hot and cold drinks available, large televisions and a lot of work stations with chargers for those that needed to work while waiting. It took about 30 minutes to patch my tire. The attendant who I think was named Raymond?, was very nice and thorough explaining things to me. He then walked me to my vehicle. More

Poor service and extortion Took my 2001 Highlander in for AC-DC issues after a local shop told me they weren't sure. I asked them to do the $110 diagnostic check to tell me wha Took my 2001 Highlander in for AC-DC issues after a local shop told me they weren't sure. I asked them to do the $110 diagnostic check to tell me what was wrong. After 2.5 hours, I was told that it just needed freon. They charged me $211 for the AC service. Then came out and told me that there was a large leak in the condenser. To vacuume the system and recharge, you need to draw a vacuum and pressurize the system, that leak should've been found on the diagnostic test. Then they wanted $700 to fix the condenser. I repaired the condenser for $120. So I took I took it back to get it checked again, the condenser wasn't the problem, they said it was the high pressure switch and it was going to be another $600. Again, this should've been found during the diagnostic test. They told me that I can't replace just the switch, the tubing from the firewall to the condenser had to be replaced. $21 later, I replaced the switch. I had a local shop test the AC and it was working, but not turning on without jumping the compressor. Turns out it was the AC switch inside the car. The local shop charged me nothing to troubleshoot that in about 10 minutes. Now... to replace the controll module inside, Modern wanted +/- $1000. I got one online for $125. Modern would've cost me close to $2500 to guess and take stabs at what was wrong with my car. Just very disappointed. This is why people gate going to dealers for repais. I have 3 Toyota Highlanders. Rice Toyota now has all my business. Such a shame. I was always loyal to Modern. Always. I feel like I lost a family member. More
