5000 mile check up I took my sons car in to be serviced for the first time. I was greeted with smiles as soon as the garage door opened. The area was neat and clean and I took my sons car in to be serviced for the first time. I was greeted with smiles as soon as the garage door opened. The area was neat and clean and everyone was very welcoming and apologetic for the wait even though I only waited for maybe 2-3 minutes. The service man explained everything that was going to be done to the car and I was escorted to the waiting which was also neat, clean and a comfortable environment. It was the first time that I have ever had to wait on my car in an environment that did smell like oil or gas. Great experience and for the first time not dreading to go back for my next service visit. Thanks for the Awesome customer service!! More

I never heard back from my salesperson on whether they can find the color and interior combo I wanted, I was not in a rush but would have liked to know if the choice I made was not available. In which case it means you only get to buy what combos they have or can trade to get. So you are limited to deals they will only make on cars they can push out ASAP. More

Quick and Friendly Service! David took care of me yesterday. My car was in need of an inspection, and so I decided to take my car to Modern Toyota, and they were super friendly.
