Facility is clean, organized and staff is courteous and professional. My first visit here on my new Tacoma and I have witnessed service technicians communicate with customers in the same professional and professional. Had a poor experience with service. Tried to make an appointment online for express service (oil change), but after entering all the information into the the system it responded that t Tried to make an appointment online for express service (oil change), but after entering all the information into the the system it responded that the appointment could not be made online. Tried the online chat, and was told that the appointment request was forwarded to service and that they would call me. I called service the next day since I did not get a response to the service request, and made the appointment. When I came to the dealership for the appointment I pulled into the garage and waited 5 min in vehicle before I was acknowledged. Was then told to expect the work to be completed in an hour and a half. I would not define this as express service! What a waste of time…. More

Once the sale is over they do not care. Purchased a new vehicle March 23, 2023. Brought my car for service and was told a tire had a problem and was stone walled by all. Asked the Salesman to give me a call never heard from them. Called the salesman and left a message, no response. Sent emails to the dealership address, got an ad. Went to the tire manufacturer's dealership and got instant results. Said on the work order that they rotated the tires but evidence showed they did not. If service is important to you don't purchase here. More
