I got a generic response to a specific question until the GM asked how they did. Shortly I got a specific response that the car I was interested in was not win stock or otherwise available. They sent me a refund check #99232 for $1,697.90. I called and left message asking for a return call if I shouldn't cash it. I waited a month and never got any form of communication from them yet when called and left message asking for a return call if I shouldn't cash it. I waited a month and never got any form of communication from them yet when I finally cashed the check 3 days later my bank told me they had put a stop payment on it. So I guess since I tried to be honorable about it instead of showing appreciation and calling me they just put a stop payment with no warning and now I have to pay it back. Lady that sent it won't answer her phone and won't return her voicemails!! Tags were 5 months late so I assumed it may have been for that since it said registration refund but they are to lazy and dirty to even return a customers call. I will NEVER purchase another car there and will tell everyone I know not to either of they don't want to get ROBBED!! More
I came into the dealership 4 weeks ago to look at a 2021 Camry Hybrid XSE. I was greeted by Dave, a very nice and understanding salesman. A few hours later I had bought the car. Everyone I worked with was v Camry Hybrid XSE. I was greeted by Dave, a very nice and understanding salesman. A few hours later I had bought the car. Everyone I worked with was very professional and courteous. Brad in finance was awesome. Two weeks later I sent my Aunt there, she bought a Camry also. Hands down the best dealership I have ever been to. I will definitely buy from Dave and Modern Toyota again. More

I had to take my 4Runner in today for its 1st service and the experience has been amazing. Ginger Newberry has been extremely helpful and super friendly! I needed to get my wallet out of my vehicle and s and the experience has been amazing. Ginger Newberry has been extremely helpful and super friendly! She has answered all of my questions, kept me updated with the process, and her attitude is very positive. More
This review is worth reading..... This was by far the worst experience I've had. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sam Petro with "what can I help you with?" I didn't really think anything of it so I continu worst experience I've had. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sam Petro with "what can I help you with?" I didn't really think anything of it so I continued by letting him know that I was interested in a Camry, but I am open to all inventory. He walked me over to a Camry and ask " do you like this one" I stated "yes it's nice." He said let me go get the key so we can test drive. He left me and my daughter outside while he went to go get the key(which took about 15 minutes). Sam never invited me in the building out of the hot heat. While outside in the blazing hot sun I looked around at different types of Camry's. Inventory was very low, but I was able to see a few different types. When Sam returned I asked him what was the difference between them all. He told me one comes with leather seats and the other doesn't. All of the cars out there had leather seats. He gave me no other details about the cars. So we proceeded to go on the test drive(which we did a circle in the neighborhood for about 5 minutes and back to the car lot. We never went on the highway.) He pointed out that the seats were heated and had air conditioning. He asked if I like the way how smooth the car drove and that was it. While parking he pointed out another feature by telling me to "press that button" and that was it. From there we went inside the dealership to talk numbers. I provided all the information Sam asked me for. He provided my information to F&I Manager Judy Taylor(who was just as bad as him). He came back and stated "she said there was a problem with your social security number. She said that your social security number was issues to you before you were born". I asked well who is she. He said the person doing your application. I told him there has got to be a mistake and could he please provide prof of where she was getting this information from. He told me no because that's what she told me. He asked me if I had my security card. I provided him with that as well. He then left again and came back, threw my license on the table, dropped Judy Taylor's business card in front of me and said email a picture to this email address. I did so. Sam them left again to come back with price points for options to buy. I advised him again(for the third time now) that I was not looking to buy, I wanted to lease. He said well your gonna need a co-signer. I said ok. I then called my co-signer and we spoke to him(not Judy Taylor) and provided all information needed. He then left again and after about 15 minutes came back and stated, well we have another problem, we can not lease to you because of your CREDIT SCORE. I asked him if I can see the information and where he was getting it from, he did show me but it was conflicting with the information that I was just provided with at Flow Honda just hours before I came to Modern Toyota. I'm a first time buyer and I already knew I was going to probably need a co-signer. If Modern Toyota could not lease to me because of "MY CREDIT SCORE" why would he ask for my co-signers information. At this point I was done and ready to go. Not one time did he offer additional options, not one time did Judy Taylor come out to meet me and discuss my options because it was very obvious Sam knew nothing. He never explained to me about any features on the car except the two I mention. He didn't even offer look at other inventory. I felt discriminated against and disrespected. My time was wasted and I wish I would have went somewhere else. What makes matters worse I was referred by not 1 but 2 people who have bough 3 and 4 cars from Modern Toyota. So I went there with high expectations, to leave with frustration, discriminated and disrespected. Modern Toyota I hope you address these issues because you have people like Sam Petro and Judy Taylor who are making your business look extremally bad. More
