Second time a phony service recommendation has happened to me at this dealership since my warranty expired. Most recent was when I was there getting the 48 month battery replaced (had been bought from them to me at this dealership since my warranty expired. Most recent was when I was there getting the 48 month battery replaced (had been bought from them) as it had died with half it's life remaining and was still under warranty. Told me there was a rear main crank seal oil leak and I should leave it there to be repaired for $2,400. I told them there was zero evidence of any leak of any kind on my garage floor. And then wondered how that was detected during a battery changeout. Took it to a trusted independent mechanic who confirmed there was no leak. Second time this lady has been told a story. Last time too. Love the car but there are lots of Toyota dealers out there! More

I had a great car buying experience. I returned on 2/3/23 and when I pulled into the service department garage no one greeted me, so I got out of my car and no one still did not greet or acknowledge me. My car was parked in front of Greg Steward desk and I asked him if there was someone to help me with my situation with him responding very rudely that I would have to wait for someone to become free. So I got back in my car and sat down, at this time 10 minutes had already passed before a man named Reno asked if anyone has helped me and I responded no. Mr Reno immediately found someone to help me. At that time another vehicle pulled in with a white man in it and he was immediately greeted. I don’t like to bring race into a situation but based off the actions that I experienced I felt discriminated against as an African American woman. Josh Harrison and the service manager got my issue resolved. I am a first time Toyota owner and this had been my second visit to the service department and I just wished that the service department staff were friendlier to all people and not just the white people. I felt very uncomfortable and it should not be like that at any establishment. More
I was ready to buy the car and drive 287 miles to get it, but it was already sold - I had started filling out paperwork and trade in info. Poor follow up to warranty issues. I have more than 4 months waiting for my stereo to be fixed and nobody is able to provide me an answer about the status of the replacement that they I have more than 4 months waiting for my stereo to be fixed and nobody is able to provide me an answer about the status of the replacement that they supposedly ordered back un July 2022. I tried to get people on the phone asking for answers and they just go from one department to another and nobody gave me a good answer of when I will get my stereo repaired. I will start doing bad reviews in all the sites that I can as it seems that on these sites they provide more answers than by phone or email. They are good selling but not good in following up of issues. More

Follow this to the end. They actually came through. Took car in for an oil change. A Lexus. Came home and it was leaking. Took it back. They tried to tell me that the pan was worn-out and needed to be replaced for $780. Came home and called two Lexus dealers and they both told me that the car would have to have close to 200,000 miles before that was an issue. That whomever did the oil change must have stripped the thread. I called the GM. Not in. Asked for his next in line. Left msg for him to call me back. Then Left msg for service manager. Well over an hour and a half and nothing. Why should "I" pay $780 to fix a problem "they" created. Never a dealer again. Feeling like I'm dealing with Hendricks Toyota in Charlotte. My daughter is saving her money to pay cash next year for a car. I know where we won't be going. More
