I purchased my toyota in 2016 and recently moved to Winston Salem. I have always gotten my repairs and mileage check-ups done at the dealership and will continue to do so. Modern toyota has been good, all the employees are very kind and explain the findings and options when the mechanic has looked at it. The only thing about this dealership that I have recurrently encountered is long wait times. Even for state inspection, you will wait at least an hour. More
