I have also had experience with the service department getting my windows tinted. The tint guy did a great job. The staff in the service department were all very friendly and got me checked in and taken care of immediately. The concierge was very friendly and even offered snacks while we waited. The wait was not even as long as I expected. It was all a very comfortable experience. I know I will definitely not be going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. This is the best experience I have had at a dealership. Highly recommended. More

Tried the online chat, and was told that the appointment request was forwarded to service and that they would call me. I called service the next day since I did not get a response to the service request, and made the appointment. When I came to the dealership for the appointment I pulled into the garage and waited 5 min in vehicle before I was acknowledged. Was then told to expect the work to be completed in an hour and a half. I would not define this as express service! What a waste of time…. More
