I was nervous Nilly coming in to buy a new car, after 10 years of not having a car payment. My salesman found a car that was a perfect match for me and the service that weekend was excellent! BUT, he never years of not having a car payment. My salesman found a car that was a perfect match for me and the service that weekend was excellent! BUT, he never once called me afterward to follow up. He didn't call me the day after, he didn't call me a week later, he didn't call me a month after. It was like after I bought that car and left a lot, I was on my own. Now, I don't know if this would have been different if I purchased a brand new car from them. But this was off the used lot. This is a customer service issue that the sales manager needs to address, and implement a definable, accountable, protocol for, immediately. Now, my trip to the service department today was awesome! I had a key fob issue, never got the valet key that was supposed to come with it to lock the glove box, and they took care of me! We're going to set an appointment up for me at the dealership to get that valet key for free and take care of it. The service department is amazing! I was there for about an hour and a half, and everything I saw was done with a smile, courtesy, and with excellence. More
