Purchased a Tundra 2022 and it started to have a problems after a couple of months of driving it. Modern Toyota checked it out, found the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. I didn't have the flexibility to take off work or manage without means of transportation. They provided me a loaner, a Camry 2024, and it was a really nice ride. Awesome customer service as well as the service representative who went far and beyond to make accommodations. Thank you guys for your hard work. More
