Once contacted by Michael Lane about the RAV 4 I was looking a people at Modern. We chose this dealership because of it's excellent customer reviews. Once contacted by Michael Lane about the RAV 4 I was looking at, I knew immediately after talking with him, I would want to do business with this dealership. He did the leg work for me and we found what I was looking for. My sales person was Marcy who was very knowledgable, engaged with us as buyers and worked hard for us getting the best deal we could get on this car. I would absolutely do business with Modern Toyota again! I've had this car since Saturday and have fallen in love with it! Thanks again to Modern Toyota for the amazing service! We will be back when it's time to replace a vehicle! More
Mondern Toyota sent a letter asking to buy my 2003 Toyota Camry. They honored the letter with out a hitch or gimmick. I was given a GREAT value for my trade and even better price on my BMW (dream car sine 14 yrs old) The service package was awesome and was VERY easy to use...... and they were ever so helpful!!! I took my 7 year old with me, and it made him feel like he was buying the car with me. (Sodas, chips, cartoons, play area etc) I would recommend this dealership to all my friends that are looking to buy a car. We looked at the used cars at Modern Toyota on Sunday when they were closed and we found our dream van. The van was clean and looked great. We called Monday and were referred to our Salesman, Roque -- pr when they were closed and we found our dream van. The van was clean and looked great. We called Monday and were referred to our Salesman, Roque -- pronounced ROW KEY. He and the Sales-manager were awesome. We had odd circumstances and they had us in and out, test drive, paperwork and all in 1 and half hours. Which is rare, since my wife and I have bought several cars and this was by far our best experience. They were fair with the trade in value of our cars and gave us a full tank of gas as well as an upgrade on our van. It could not have gone any easier. We had shopped at many other dealerships, Flow Used cars on Straford, CUABS off of university, Northpoint Chrysler, and a few others and found Modern to be the nicest and easiest to work with. It has been several weeks later and we love our van. KEYPOINTS: 1. Fair price for the vehicle (gave us internet price) 2. Fair value for trade-ins 3. No high pressure 4. Full tank of gas 5. Great follow up service after we left the dealership We are real customers and we received nothing for this review,as a matter of fact I called just 5 minutes ago and asked them how we could post a good review because of their excellent service. The reason being is our last few visits with the previously mentioned dealers were either cut rate offers for our trades in which we told every person we knew about their poor service which is what you should do, high pressure sales or no follow up after a smile and promise. Winston Salem is probably an hour and a half away and after looking and looking for the right car I almost turned around. We had called when we decided to head that way to look at a Dodge Nitro. It was pouring down raining and when we arrived Rebecca welcomed us to an umbrella, money for the vending machine, complimentary drinks and a smile. Casey and her was wonderful to work with. They didn't hesitate with any of my questions and was very generous. I would recommend their service and working with Rebecca and Casey any day. I drove away in the perfect car for me and they made me feel like I knew them for years! Awesome! More
Awesome experience buying a used Avalanche today with Mrs. Lashmitt assisting us. I've always hated dealerships! I don't anymore! Gopal was great to work with. He came in on his day off in order to work around my schedule to get the car. Did everything he could in order to help us get the car we wanted even with initial problems with in order to work around my schedule to get the car.
